This session will deconstruct the squat to its foundational principles, providing a clear understanding of its significance as a key functional movement that enhances long-term quality of life.  By understanding its foundational principles, you'll gain insight into how mastering the squat can improve strength, mobility, and posture, ultimately contributing to enhanced physical function and quality of life over time.

My name is Evelyn and I am a senior Kinesiology major. I currently am a CrossFit Coach and have my CrossFit Level 1 Certificate. I plan on getting my Level 2 this summer. My plan after graduation is to attend Physical Therapy School. I am excited to attend TexFit this year!
