About me
I am a group fitness instructor at Texas A&M University where I also serve on the leadership team for the Fitness and Wellness Program. I am extremely passionate about fitness and wellness and I have been for as long as I can remember. I currently teach Cycle Strength Intervals, HIIT, HIIT30, and Pilates. I will be receiving my Reformer 1 certification in early December. I have loved every second of being a group fitness instructor and desire to learn as much as I can about all things fitness and wellness.
