HIIT For All: Coach Your Crowd

In this session we will go through a 50 minute HIIT workout utilizing body weight exercises and dumbbells. We will work muscular and cardiovascular endurance. While instructing the class, I will  provide examples of how to offer personalized regressions and progressions based on individual needs and fitness levels and offer strategies for adjusting intensity, providing clear cues, and ensuring safe, effective movement patterns to make classes more inclusive.
