We will cover the three different types of pain and how to recognize them in your client by utilizing various fitness assessments. You will have the opportunity to observe in person movement dysfunctions, learn unique strengthening and lengthening exercises, and understand your client’s pain experience. Lastly, we will learn the difference between rehabilitation and creating a tailored fitness program for your client to stay within your scope of practice. I will provide a collection of resources to help you assess your client, determine what exercises you should be implementing, and to help you understand when it is necessary to refer your client to a medical professional."
