Taking a Step Back: The Fundamentals of Step Aerobics is a workout and lecture combination presentation that focuses on how to safely implement Step Aerobics back into programs. We will cover combination breakdown, cueing, progressions/regressions, musicality, and more. The workout portion will consist of a warm-up, two combinations (one fundamentally basic and one more advanced), and a cool-down. Come make cardio fun with Step Aerobics!
